You’ll often hear us say things like, “Every relationship is a snowflake”, or “We all have different lenses” – and that’s all fine and dandy. But how do we share those lenses with others if we don’t really know what they are made of ourselves?
The truth is in most cases we don’t! Instead, we end up feeling alone and misunderstood. The connection we long for as humans, especially with our mothers and/or daughters, will always be out of reach.
So, our answer? Knowledge is power!
With that in mind, today’s episode is all about different personality assessments and how we’ve used them to strengthen our mother-daughter relationship. No one system is better than the other; we recommend taking as many as you can! Some will resonate with you more than others, and that’s okay! The more you know about yourself, the more genuinely you can connect with others.
